Welcome to IED Scotland

IED in Scotland is re-developing a branch that will provide a meeting point for anyone working in economic development, economic regeneration and in allied regeneration activity.

Join IED as a Student, Associate or Member to receive our new e-Bulletin and a chance to share your experience with others in Scotland and further afield through our interactive website.

Membership of IED provides local networking with fellow economic development professionals and makes it easier to participate at the Scottish, UK and intenational level in policy and good practice exchange.

The Branch Committee

The Scottish Branch of the IED is being reformed and Members can look forward to regular updates.

At UK level, a Council meets to manage the Institute. Scotland is represented at Council by Director Jim McLeish.
