After serving the Branch as extremely active member, Chair, Hon. Secretary and Cheshire Area Representative in the past, Barbara is now devoting her time to helping drive the North West Branch forward in her role of Support Officer.

Barbara is helping to organise the Branch programme and, most importantly, promote the Institute in the region and its role as a professional body for professional people.

Barbara has had a brilliant career in economic development, latterly as Head of Economic and Tourism Development at Chester City Council. She is now flying solo as a consultant with her own company, B. Mothershaw Associates.
