Social Value in practice - the North London Heat and Power Project

As part of its work on social value, the IED is delighted to host this event on behalf of corporate IED members, AECOM.

AECOM are currently assisting the North London Waste Authority in delivering social value through the North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP) which will invest in flagship recycling facilities and a new world-class energy from waste facility. This webinar will provide an insight into the practical delivery of social value on a nationally significant project with the ambition to set a new benchmark for public sector infrastructure projects in this arena.

The webinar will cover a range of topics from the creation of a social value strategy, to the practical delivery of benefits and the monitoring and measurements of social value outputs. Join us to find out more on social impacts, delivery of social value in construction and social value within the public sector.

This session will be chaired by Bev Hurley, Chair of Institute of Economic Development. We are pleased to announce the following speakers:
